The Selling is Service workshop is for anyone in the service industry interested in learning more about the relationship between selling and service.
 
This workshop will:
 
  • identify how Selling and Service go together.
  • demonstrate a service-oriented approach to selling.
  • introduce the "Six-Step Sales Model".
  • discuss how to use the four selling techniques.
  • pinpoint how to handle objectives professionally.

             $169/person + GST for non-members
