Facilitator Skills
Development Workshop
The Facilitator Skills Development Workshop* is designed to build a solid foundation of knowledge and skills for those who deliver training and/or presentations to adults. This is a requisite workshop for anyone interested in delivering STEC training programs as a contract facilitator.
This interactive workshop will:
- develop your facilitation skills.
- increase your knowledge about adult learning.
- teach you how to design an effective training plan.
- enhance your evaluation methods.
- help you use effective communication skills.
- improve your coaching and feedback skills to reinforce what you're teaching.
In addition to building your knowledge, skills, and attitude, the Facilitator Skills Development Workshop will provide you with the opportunity to practice what you learn.
The workshop is offered over a period of 2½ days and is 15 hours in length. Cost is $575/person + GST.
