In Saskatchewan, we have experienced significant success in training a professional tourism workforce.  Our training programs create long-term, rewarding career opportunities to individuals from traditional and non-traditional backgrounds (including Aboriginal peoples, social assistance recipients, at-risk youth, and individuals with disAbilities).
 
Our training programs are derived from the National Occupational Standards developed by professionals in the tourism sector for the tourism sector and its five industries
