 Tourism Region Manager Certification
 
Saskatchewan is the only province in Canada that offers certification as a Tourism Region Manager.
 
A Tourism Region Manager reports to a board of directors and is responsible for the marketing and administrative activities in his or her tourism region, including the coordination of membership services, visitor information services, and product development.
 
Certification as a Tourism Region Manager is an initative of STEC  and is equivalent to the 27 occupations in which you can pursue emerit Professional Certification.

Quick Facts
As many as 14 people in the five tourism regions of Saskatchewan have certified as a Tourism Region Manager.  The five regions are: Northern, East Central, West Central, South East, and South West.
