Professional Recognition Dinners

 

In our day-to-day operations, we often miss the opportunity to give individuals the recognition they deserve for their efforts and achievements. 

 

In light of this, STEC hosts annual Professional Recognition Dinners in Saskatoon and Regina to recognize Saskatchewan residents who have obtained Professional Certification and/or Journeyperson status in a tourism occupation in the past year.  We also recognize Saskatchewan tourism businesses that demonstrate best practices and show commitment to professional development by encouraging and supporting staff to put into practice National Occupational Standards and pursue Professional Certification, Tourism Apprenticeships, Service Best, and other training initiatives.  In addition, Ambassador Awards are presented to outstanding certified tourism professionals in Saskatchewan in all five industries of the tourism sector.
