Quick Facts
As a supervisor, your number one priority is customer service.  Concentrate on making customers feel welcome by acknowledging them with a smile, making eye contact, and introducing yourself.  Show interest in your customers, perhaps by asking where they are from.  However, it is important to be sensitive to cultural differences.
