To receive Professional Certification as a Reservation Sales Agent, you must successfully complete an occupational knowledge exam, performance evaluation, and work experience.
 
Occupational Knowledge Exam: This 100-question multiple choice exam is based on the National Occupational Standard for Reservation Sales Agents.
 
Performance Evaluation: The performance evaluation consists of three parts: 1) a portfolio assignment, 2) a mystery call, and 3) an on-site observation/interview by a qualified evaluator. 
 
Work Experience: You must complete 500 qualified hours as a Reservation Sales Agent prior to the performance evaluation.
