If materials have not been resold (in the case of wholesale purchases), written in or damaged in any way, and a new version has not been developed or is not in the process of being developed, STEC will:

  • exchange materials/resources for an item of equal or lesser value, or
  • issue a credit that can be applied to any future purchase.

  • the certification fees have been paid in full.
  • the request is within six months of the original purchase.
  • the exam has not yet been written.
  • the workbook can be passed along to the new registrant.
  • the version of the workbook is the most current.

Industry Professionals Say
"
The STEC Resource Centre has been a wonderful source of material for me.  As a contract  facilitator working with STEC's Ready to Work (RTW) program for the past four  years, I've come to depend on quick, helpful responses to my needs, especially when working at a distance from the Saskatoon office.  The emerit materials we use for RTW are top-notch; better than other materials I've seen in my 30 years in industry and education. "
