Recognition
All successful participants of the Ready to Work - Tourism Careers (RTW) program receive recognition for their achievements.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants are presented with a portfolio containing a resume and all the certificates they have obtained, including:
- Ready to Work - Tourism Careers certificate (CTHRC)
- Skills Specific certificate (for example, Food and Beverage Server or Line Cook)
- Tourism Essentials (Workplace Essential Skills) certificate
- Service Best certificate
- Serve It Right Saskatchewan certificate
- WHMIS certificate
- Food Safe certificate
- CPR/First Aid certificate.
Other certificates may be obtained, depending on the needs of the group (for example, Fire Extinguisher training).
Participants are also recognized in the media province-wide.

Certification and better computer knowledge will assist me in getting closer to my goal, as the program is intended to be a community enhancement. As I spoke of the 'big picture' to other classmates, there are a lot of willing students wanting to work towards building business in Stanley Mission, as this will mean job security without having to leave home. Presently, I see for myself the need to take classes in business admin and proposal writing, getting a computer, and finding the funding to begin this very cool mission in Stanley Mission.
